“I usually don't shop here as it is above my budget but this department store is a fantastic place for gift ideas. The kitchenware and utensils are best to get during their Blue Cross sales days especially after the festive season and Spring sales. The store has 2 floors for home and kitchenware including home furniture. I like browsing through the store for on sale items or for gifts. For those who don't like hunting for bargains, this is a good place to shop. Customer service is good but there is often a queue for the tills.”

They give good unbiased advice regarding building materials and if they do not have something in stock they will search online and order it in from the supplier or advise if it is available in another branch. The pricing is reasonable both on products and also on their tool hire service, but I am wondering if I will get bigger discounts once I have been a more regular customer... On a cold day after having been to the site and in freezing weather there is the facility of a complementary hot drink inside. Keep up the good work team Travis Perkins!”

“A real gem in our community! I have always found them to be extremely personable and efficient with my regular (repeat) prescription service, and they are always happy to advise. The reason for this particular post however is the recent care and attention given to my daughter for an ear infection. For such matters the GP practice/NHS now refer to the pharmacist in the first instance, and although I was unsure this was the right thing to do initially, it proved a huge success. I won't go into detail, but the care, advice and initial antibiotics prescribed directly by the pharmacist has been invaluable, as well as him carrying out a post mefication check and a further referral back to GP and ENT Specialist. “Wonderful restaurant, beautifully designed although smaller than expected. It was fully booked on a random Wednesday so I think soon they’ll need a bigger restaurant or another restaurant because it is a hit and so you need to book in advance. The food is incredible, the carabinero prawns were so flavoursome and juicy, the meat platter was amazing, serves at least 4 so I think very good value. Even chips were really nice and crispy, Seabass was fresh, everything was delicious with really good portion sizes. I will certainly be returning.”
