Had a flu jab here a few weeks ago. The lady at the counter was brilliant. Exceptional customer service. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the male nurse who gave me the jab.
Absolutely wonderful experience getting my 3-year-old's vaccine today. The staff were so patient, kind, and truly amazing at keeping her calm. Quick, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend
I’ve always been impressed by this pharmacy and have used for as long as they’ve been there. I was sceptical about the new NHS booking system of online booking only, HOWEVER - I am super impressed. All I needed was antibiotics for an infected insect bite. I expected to wait for about 48 hours for the call from our surgery. They rang back within 30 mins of the online request, offered a face to face GP appointment. Not wanting to waste an appointment for someone else that may have been urgent I explained my issue and was told the pharmacist could prescribe antibiotics. I then got text messages from the pharmacy explaining the procedure, I attended to see our pharmacist just after 9am and was home antibiotics in hand by 09:10. Outstanding service both from Tamworth House Medical centre and Manor Chemist. PERFECT and totally stress free - BRAVO
A real gem in our community! I have always found them to be extremely personable and efficient with my regular (repeat) prescription service, and they are always happy to advise. The reason for this particular post however is the recent care and attention given to my daughter for an ear infection. For such matters the GP practice/NHS now refer to the pharmacist in the first instance, and although I was unsure this was the right thing to do initially, it proved a huge success. I won't go into detail, but the care, advice and initial antibiotics prescribed directly by the pharmacist has been invaluable, as well as him carrying out a post mefication check and a further referral back to GP and ENT Specialist. Thank you so much.
We got our travel vaccinations here, including our Yellow Fever shot. The pharmacist was super friendly and helpful in researching what vaccinations we needed and explained everything to us clearly. Would highly recommend this place to get your travel vaccinations.
