“A real gem in our community! I have always found them to be extremely personable and efficient with my regular (repeat) prescription service, and they are always happy to advise. The reason for this particular post however is the recent care and attention given to my daughter for an ear infection. For such matters the GP practice/NHS now refer to the pharmacist in the first instance, and although I was unsure this was the right thing to do initially, it proved a huge success. I won't go into detail, but the care, advice and initial antibiotics prescribed directly by the pharmacist has been invaluable, as well as him carrying out a post mefication check and a further referral back to GP and ENT Specialist. “After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son.
