Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.”

“A real gem in our community! I have always found them to be extremely personable and efficient with my regular (repeat) prescription service, and they are always happy to advise. The reason for this particular post however is the recent care and attention given to my daughter for an ear infection. For such matters the GP practice/NHS now refer to the pharmacist in the first instance, and although I was unsure this was the right thing to do initially, it proved a huge success. I won't go into detail, but the care, advice and initial antibiotics prescribed directly by the pharmacist has been invaluable, as well as him carrying out a post mefication check and a further referral back to GP and ENT Specialist. Thank you so much.”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”

“I liked shopping in this store. The aisles were well stocked, nicely arranged, and quite spacious. What I liked most is that there were plenty of vegan products for good prices. Plus, there were a lot of special offers on a variety of products. Lots of Veganuary offers. The fresh produce seemed to be of a good quality. For a Sunday afternoon, and considering the situation, the store was pretty well stocked up.”

“Really lovely lady served me today (wed 3rd sept) around 3pm at the till- she organised all my bits into a bag I was purchasing which was super helpful and a great idea. She was really lovely and even wished me a nice holiday as she could tell I was going away based on my purchases- I really appreciate her warm smile and amazing customer service.
