    Tooting Branch terrible service Absolutely shameful, The pharmacist Aibo/hibo, was so careless about customer service, I had appointment for Sunday but the confirmation never came, so I visited the branch on Friday and inquired if I could have a flu jab on the day. I was told that you can come in on Saturday and or Sunday and have the jab. I went in today, the pharmacist was busy in the office with a patient, I waited until the patient came out but the pharmacist stayed in with door shut. I waited for few minutes then knocked at the door, as they had not checked me in. A few moments later the pharmacist walked out of the door and asked me to wait, she looked unhappy. Eventually when she called me, I informed her about the flu jab and the appointment which hasn't gone through and the staff told me to come in on Saturday or Sunday. Being already upset, she straight away turned me away saying that it's not a walking clinic, you come back when you book the appointment. We only have jabs for the people who have an appointment. The arrogance was quite evident so I asked her to call the manager, I would like to make a complaint. The shift manager was standing serving another patient and I was directed to her which she acknowledged and while she was coming out to speak to me the pharmacist, who was dealing other customers, left the customers aside and went on to speak to the manager about me. Though the manager heard my complaint and apologized and requested me to book the appointment again and come back. The pharmacist didn't even bother to look they might be a flu jab available in stock.

    Really lovely lady served me today (wed 3rd sept) around 3pm at the till- she organised all my bits into a bag I was purchasing which was super helpful and a great idea. She was really lovely and even wished me a nice holiday as she could tell I was going away based on my purchases- I really appreciate her warm smile and amazing customer service. I wish I had gotten her name but hopefully she will be able to tell if it’s her based on this review!! Thanks for a great experience

    I'm not a frequent visitor but maybe once or twice a month but every time it has NEVER opened on time. The location would benefit off a proper deep clean just feels grimey and sad. The staff I've interacted with have been fine.

    I’ve always appreciated the service at Boots, and I want to commend Magda for her excellent customer care. She was polite, helpful, and treated me with genuine respect. However, my experience with Shamini was very disappointing. Despite my kindness, she was dismissive and disrespectful. When I responded to her question about my card and presented my receipts, she threw them on the table without acknowledging me. Her attitude was unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. I hope this is addressed, as such behavior affects the overall customer experience.

    Long queue to tilt finally when being served I asked if the protection can be removed from one of my items, the lady said that there is a long queue andshe is alone and in a rush. I said that I am going for another shopping and the protection can make alarm in other store.After an argueu the lady remove d the protection from the item.When leaving I heard her saying to next Customer that I should milky cows in my country.This is how I have been served in your store.And it wasn't the first time being insulted by your staff.     Booked a flu jab appointment and received a cancellation 1h ahead. I was told the shots are ordered daily but an issue with the stick. So the question is: - if they knew I have an appointment why they didn’t keep the medicine for my appointment - if there was no medicine and they knew there is an issue why didn’t they contact earlier. What a disrespect to other people’s time.

    Thought I was recreating The Human Centipede the queue was that long all the way to the back of the store with one woman on the till having ten minute conversations with a customer about hot flushes. I always moan that staff need to be friendly, but my arm was sore holding onto my basket of toiletries and this man infront of me had to stretch and stomp his feet to get back his circulation, because we had been waiting that long. Sigh
