   I went to collect my prescription, which I had requested the day before, but the first lady who assisted me was rude, so I left. I returned later to request whatever stock they could dispense, as I will be travelling tomorrow. The other lady was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, providing the available stock. She’s an angel — not all staff are rude. Thank you so much to the other Lady wearing boots blue scrub.

   Very poor customer dealing, I was waited more than an hour for an antibiotic medicine, when I asking the medicine, staff are telling me pharmacist is on lunch break, other staff cannot mix the medicine. I do not believe this big pharmacy group staff don’t know such things.It’s not a satisfactory answer. I am totally dissatisfied with their service.

   5 stars Service. All the staff are excellent always and today the Pharmacist in charge went the extra mile with my doctor's surgery to get me my medication and I couldn't thank him enough. Thanks again.

   Horrible attitude of pharmacist! Lack of emphaty & understanding. She behaves very arrogant & bossy, she makes people waiting due to lack of resolving issues properly and arguing. Miss Z.S.L - They are patients!

   Amazing store with extremely helpful staff. Ive never had one bad experience shopping here and have always been met with the upmost professionalism by the manager and her whole team. I am slightly confused though reading some other reviews as people seem to be moaning about issues out of the in store staffs control. Issues caused by central ops, supply chains and disgusting thieves seem to have people confused. These delinquents are giving the shop bad reviews for issues that are out of the staff working theres control, which in turn puts the amazing staff working there in a bad light. In all most of the people leaving bad reviews need to learn how a business works before giving there frankly embarrassing take on this very well run shop. I am over the moon with all the help and advice ive received from these guys and they are truly a credit to the company they works for. All the staff are great but the manager never seizes to amaze me with her knowledge and helpful and approachable demeanour

   I didn't think it was possible,but it's WORSE than boots croydon.Grotty badly run,no staff and no stock on shelves , I.e 3 brands of hair die in 4 colours. The pharmacist had to double up as a shop clerk behind the counter so a shop full of people had to wait and when I eventually got served the staff was rude...what is it with boots???

   Today I was served buy new staff and it was unprofessional as they didn’t have knowledge how to refund online order and pharmacists called me ankward as I have not notice my pushchair is on the way to card payment, I have apologise for it.

   When shopping in this little but very busy store you can always count on Ron. He provides an outstanding service every time you'll pop by. He goes the extra mile either your in need of health advice or just shopping for any daily essentials which can be very tricky but he is a truly professional person with wide knowledge that can meet every customer needs.
