   My cat went in for recent neutering and unfortunately it was uncessary due to circumstances not in their control. They only charged me for what was given and post op checks have been free. The staff are very understanding and are very caring towards animals. They communicate well if surgery is not going well as they wouldn’t do anything without your consent and especially if it’s going to add fees.

   After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx

   Highly recommend The vet Morden! First went there about 4 years ago when my hamster needed to be put down. Despite not being under them they booked us in the same day, took great care of him and even gave a little card with his paw print. An incredible touch that meant the world. Since then they have looked after my guinea pigs always knowledgeable and careful when checking them over. My dog is also under them and I cannot fault the care at all! From first check up, to her spay where I was kept well informed throughout the day about her progress and condition. Then just the other day they fitted her in last minute on a Sunday when Nala my dog became incredibly unwell. The receptionist was so kind and really helped put my mind at ease. All the vets and receptionist really do care about the animals and are always willing to help where possible. A big shout-out to Millie and Jodie I think there names are on reception who always try there very best and nothing is too much trouble for them! The whole team at The Vet Morden should be proud of themselves for the care they give all there customers and clients! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

   I have used the vet consistently for 6 years now. I have always been happy with the care our animals have received, but now we have welcomed an Irish wolfhound into our hearts, the team quite literally have saved his life. Every vet, and member of the team, the nurses and receptionists have always been compassionate and welcoming. No question has been too much. Always been easy to acquire an appointment when needed. I really cannot fault them. Thankyou all x

   I’ve been to this practice a few times now - it’s in a bit of a bad area but never mind. Last time I came I saw the head vet (Jack? Jacamo? I’m sorry I can only remember that he’s Italian and very tall!!). He was so amazing. Really empathetic, knowledgable and kind, plus I got the impression that he’s the best of the best. A real diamond in the rough. Don’t ever let him leave!

   Amazing clinic, we truly have had only good experience from there! Our dog is very big and anxious but they always take the time to bond with him, make him relax and understand him. Can't recommend enough, as mentioned always helpful and I believe they really want the best for him
