   I came to the pharmacy with my brother to pick up my prescription. We were greeted with a smile and a quick, informative, efficient service. My brother also had his blood pressure measured here. That was also a very pleasant experience. I received a call from the pharmacy after we left informing me that my brother had left his prized sunglasses behind. We were adviced to pick up from the Pharmacys reception, which we will soon. Thank you Ray's chemist and Travel clinic

   I have called today to make sure if the all medication was ready for the collection to avoid going there several times.A man ensured me it was.When I went there I found out he gave me a very wrong answer because of his poor knowledge of the English language. All in all Mr.Manager you are not giving me a favour by telling me I could still use your service after disputing with me I need to give you the whole list of my medicationvwhen calling you . It is not true.Something new you told me today.I am supposed to check upon receiving the medication but this is your Pharmacy which receives the list of the medication from the GP.It is you who looses money here not me.There is plenty of Pharmacists around with much better service with the proper understanding in English and good telephone skills manner.Such a poor Customer Service in Mitcham !

   Ive been going here for over 15 years since i was a kid as i have asthma. Today, 26/08/2021 I had a asthma attack while driving back from work, i managed to get to figgsmarsh surgery amd ask them for emergency prescription of my asthma pumps which i always get from here, i was told they will send the prescription to Rays chemist, I barely managed to reach to rays chemist struggling to breathe, as I got here, this chemist was only concerned about money, he sed they dont have the prescription but if i want he will do emergency charge and i can pay full price for the pump, i explained the prescription is coming through so please can i have my reliever asthma pump, he could see i was seriously struggling to breathe but refused to give me the pump. A few minutes passed, i stood inside the chemist struggling to breathe until the prescription came through and i got my pumps. These chemist should not be chemist, they have no regard for a person unable to breathe, only money, he saw an opportunity to make money of someone's struggle to breathe, I think this is a new low I have seen. Please if you can, get u meds frrom else where and do not support such people. Thanks

   I was with my wife picking up prescriptions for both of us today afternoon (26/02/2021 ). A lad was ahead of us in the queue waiting for his prescriptions I guess. I noticed this aged Indian man who was looking for the lad's prescription behind the upper counter, LICKING HIS FINGERS as he was going about the stack of prescription papers. We were so shocked and disgusted! We are still in lockdown due to the pandemic and this man is doing this disgusting unsanitary action. He must have forgotten that he's working in a pharmacy, and that people can see him. If there is a security camera inside the pharmacy pointed at the counter, it should have caught him. DISGUSTING!!!
