   This practice at the beginning was ok. Me and my children have been patients for only a couple of years. However, for the last year at least nearly every appointment we book has been postponed or cancelled. They even once sent me a letter one to say I hadn't paid for treatment when you can't leave without paying for treatment. I was due to have an appointment on Friday for myself this was an routine check up which had been postponed 3 times since May. This practice was prioritising private over NHS. That's why I believe my appointments were always being cancelled because I wasn't paying hundreds as private. Dr Bernard for my daughter however, was good. Then on Saturday I get a letter saying the practice is closing!!! So now we need to find another dentist. Just ridiculous!

   Pleased at every stage. The receptionist was very polite and professional with the updates from the moment the appointment was made. The dentist and nurse were very friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. I will highly recommend that practice to anyone.

   I had my second appointment today with Bernard Schroder. I can honestly say I have never been so happy with the treatment I have had and I have never been so comfortable in he’s care. He is the best I can’t thank him enough. Also receptionist is very polite and always tries her best to get me seen. Thank you so much for your professional service.

   On 22.02.2024, I took someone alone for a check-up. The surgery is shared with another clinic the places is clean and well maintained. The clinic on the first floor a lift is provided if you have mobility difficulty. My experience with Dr. Bernard Schroder is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

   I had a really good experience with Dr Bernard Schroder today. He was very knowledgeable, happy to help and explained everything properly. I've seen many different dentists over the years and Dr Schroder most definitely made me want to come back to him and this practice to get my treatment. I am really happy with a clear treatment plan for my teeth and I will be recommending him to my friends and family. 10/10, he is what this practice needed. His dental assistant was also really nice and helpful. The receptionist who was there today went out of her way to find me a suitable date for my next visit and she is always really nice over the phone and in person.

   SHOCKING, if I could leave no stars I would, rude and no manners, I had the last 2 appointment cancel on me. The first in 3rd week of November (appointment was at 8:00am and got told at 17:00pm night before), and was told I had to wait till today for next appointment, then today my appointment was at 16:30 then at 14:02 today got told its cancelled again and now gotta wait till April. The lady was called kept calling me 'lovey' very condescending. Then to top it of now being told that because its so long I have to have a check up first before I can have the tooth removed and a filling replace which is what the original appointment was for. Trying to explain this, wellno point as she clearly never wanted to listen and clearly did not care. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

   I can say terrible reception service in my dentist widewawy Mitcham. Your lunch time between 1for 2 , I was there 2:20 tha reception lady tells me you must not be here so where I have must be? Been polite come before serving. I wanted registere my name but it makes me regret. I'm not bad reviewer but it makes me leave it that review .

   Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had a 16:30 appointment for my 6 year old son. We arrived at 16:27 and was waiting outside the door for the receptionist to open the door. Another patient eventually opened the door. I stood at the reception desk for 5 mins. When the receptionist came back she started by telling me that I was late for my 4:20 appointment, to which I explained that I wasn’t late, as my appointment was at 16:30 according to 2 texts, an email and a reminder call. She then proceeded to accuse me of lying. Even though I was showing her my texts. She went on to say that she didn’t send me the texts and that she cancelled my 16:30 appointment at 16:27 and gave it to another patient who had an appointment for 16:40 because the dentist needed to leave. Not happy at all, as this was a big inconvenience. I’ve never had an issue with the dentist as she is lovely.
