   I went to the shop to return some stuff the guy outsideguys outside he was very rude with me And the guys inside the office they didn’t return all my stuff and the stuff they return it they take 15% off. It’s really disappointed never go again to this roofing shop.

   Definitely one of the last true specialist suppliers in a 10 mile radius (probably more) of South London, they have everything on the shelf, which is such a rare thing not to be told, order only! Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, even the yard guys are extremely positive. Definitely recommend to anyone in the trade. Well done to all the staff.

   Awful service ordered roof tiles paid my money in good faith lost other suppliers as I took the word of alltype and they couldn't deliver and staff member Owen lied to his manager and said I shouted at him I was told they had my product and didn't lied this is not the way to treat customer's I know have a whole in my roof because of this supplier

   Used to buy some roofing stuff from here few years back, will never come back as staff were impolite, rude and unhelpful. They failed to collect some returning roofing tiles for weeks and never got the refund for those anyway. Stay clear, do not spend your money here!
