   I had to send a return to Nike. Print a label and post it, the product has been in the right manufacturer packaging, the shop owner started asking arrogantly for extra packaging or either pay for packed it to be in store. Upon denying any kind of packaging to brought, he started shouting arrogantly and in a wild way saying I won’t send your parcel even if you manage to pack it. This parcel was only done after talking to a customer service representative who clearly mentioned you don’t need any extra packaging and only need the original Nike box. I know corner shop reviews are not really that important but stop feeding such scums.

   Amazing service, friendly staff. Does receive parcels for Yodel which is very convenient. Parking is quite tricky so need to pick a quiet time to visit otherswise you might be taking up residents parking spaces.

   It could use a renovation and an updated selection of products. But overall it is conveniently located in a residential area and offers many services. The lady at the till sometimes does not even look at you as she is most of the time on her phone, but she and the rest of the staff are never rude and always helpful. I would recommend it.

   I very rarely leave reviews and like most when I do they tend to be when something bad has happened. This shop however deserves to be recognized for the excellent service they provide.Was very suprised reading the reviews as its certainly not my experience. Found the lady owner to be very helpful and reasonable. I got the impression she was a no nonsense woman which isnt a bad thing. If your rude to her I am sure she wouldnt be afraid to bite back. I drop parcels here daily and NEVER had any go missing. In fact she goes out of her way to be helpful. The thing that stands out the most for me is when I am in there she talks to the customers. She knows there names and the shop has a proper community feel. Yes she is often on the phone when I go in and I guess that is because her shop is so busy and popular. I have tried 4 shops in the local area to drop my parcels however this one is the only one I trust.

   The women working there has no customer service at all. Takes her time to text on her phone while the customer is waiting for her to put in the purchase. Does not say what the price is or even a word, just looks you up and down rudely. Not worth spending your money there for such a rude attitude.

   They don't scan parcels in so long story short, they steal parcels and don't return them to the sellers. AVOID! Don't send your parcels collect+ here. The staff is rude and don't want to check anything. I will not be going back here.

   Seriously such a rude woman in this shop. As soon as I walked through the door she bashed on the screen and told me I can't being my pram inside.i brought a drink and received NO change. I wanted to drop of a parcel and there was a gap in the packaging and she refused to give me some tape so I can send it off. I had to go back home and find tape! Awful shop and awful rude customer service. I will never go back in there.

   Something seriously wrong with the misogyny and aggression of the man in this shop who sadly is influencing the young person working here too. Behaviour so up and down....too stressful to know if they will be friendly or not. Just an awful experience now and unable to recognise how his own behaviour effects others. Shame how much its all changed!! Communication is poor here and they must lose many customers due to this. Its sad really After all these years I will be going elsewhere now.

   The woman working in tis store has no manner and don't know how to talk to customers. She was insisting that my collect plus label from Zara return is incorrect and I have to contact the company to print new label. I explained I have done the same return label in the past without issue. she was rude and said thats my problem if I want to send it back then I have to go and print new label. I went to the polish shop next to Sharon in Mitcham same day with same label they did it without problem. That woman was saying its not accepted by the machine I think she has no clue how to access the machine for collect plus and for sure no customer service manners
