How comes I paid for 2 galaxy bars 180g in your half price Wednesday deals on just eat , and you can’t even get chocolate bars right you have sent me 2 130g bars of galaxy caramel but charged me for the ones I wanted , and to top it all why have a phone if you ain’t going to answer it
Food often more expensive than corner shop, staff indifferent to customers and pricing labels can be confusing.
Not looking too promising from outside but quite spacious and filled with many essential daily products. I did not notice any staff member on the floor apart of the security.
Went to pollards hill today on my mobility scooter.lady on till was very patient with me as I have limited vision. she took my bag and put my food into it your kind service much appreciated. Thankyou so much Rahini at 12/28/07
Also good to pick up a few bits in between our big shop. However recently it feels like the shelves are bare.

Always out of stock on the basics, messy store… you’d think this was a family business because they only seem to recruit Asians, from the security staff to store manager. Considering previous reviews, @Co-op doesn’t seem to be addressing the issues highlighted.
Absolutely hate this store, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude staff - one member literally ran a cage into me and only apologised when I confronted him about it. They scan your items if you pay cash, scan it at top speed, demand your money whilst your fiddling with all the bags. It's an absolute state every time you go in. Oh and then there's the constant messages about stealing oh the intercom. You have security.. if you have to have an announcement all of the time to deter stealing, maybe hey another company to look after your store.
Yet another complaint about the racist Asian lady who is still working here! Extremely rude! Accused my 13 year old daughter of stealing when I allowed her to go to the shop alone! with no proof! Embarrassed her in front of several people in the shop and did not apologise when my daughter proved that she had paid for the items! My daughter came home very upset! Absolutely Disgusting co-op you need to do better!
