   Self checkout was broken and didn’t give me a receipt, on the way out of the shop I was called back and accused of stealing, even when I showed the transaction on my Apple Pay. Would advise fixing your self checkout machines before accusing people of stealing and disrespecting them in a shop full of people.

   Get treated like a criminal just for walking in the store to buy some milk. Followed by the security guard to the self checkout and asked unnecessary questions. Racial profiling at it's finest.

   Since moving to Tooting, I have frequented a particular store where the staff have consistently provided excellent service. However, recently a new employee joined the team who has displayed extreme rudeness and a lack of regard for the store's brand. As an individual with weak lungs and asthma, I rely on my kick scooter for commuting. During my last visit to the store, this employee, without seeking my permission, forcefully handled and moved my scooter, instructing me to place it outside. His tone was highly disrespectful, and when I expressed concern about the safety of my property being stolen, he callously replied, "I don't care, but it shouldn't be in my store." This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have made the decision to cease patronizing the store until I receive a response from the head of the department regarding the termination of this rude employee.

   price has gone up way higher..!! almost in everything since the lockdown has started. Some of the vegetables packaging has changed into smaller size with the pervious price. I even saw £4.50 for standard fairy washing-up liquid of 433ml it was in the beginning of the pandemic. They should stop being sneaky & not rip off the loyal customers. Also they should check the expiry dates before they sell them.
