   This is my local Sainsbury’s. While they usually have what I need I was very disappointed by the gentleman who served me today. I’m assuming he was a manager as he was wearing his own clothes. He was so dismissive and quite rude. No please or thank you! In actual in the past week I’ve been in 4 times and each time there has been no politeness or any kind of greeting!! Manners go along way!!!

   This used to be a great little store with a lovely manager, I can only assume he is no longer there! the store is filthy and poorly stocked, By the entrance this morning, one is greeted by a pile of soggy towels a comb and empty beer cans! is it really beyond the capabilities of the staff to clear up and take some pride in their work place?? depressing!!!

   I feel uncomfortable in this store because the security guard is constantly watching you. They should employ computer vision techniques so cameras can track if you are shoplifting or not rather than have some dude constantly looking at you. Also the prices are relatively high, definitely in comparison to Aldi. Product range is also limited because it's a small store.

   JOHN the manager of the store took great care of my mum who had a nasty fall In the store he quickly got into action to stop my mum from bleeding to death and showed great care in doing so he shut the store and waited with my mum for the ambulance to arrive . He then called me the next day to ask how she is doing , wow he has such empathy and super customer service what a hero he is . Well done sire

   Very convenient and close to the station but be warned of poor customer service. When I reported the milk which still had a few days before expiry but where it went bad I was laughed at in the store. That's not customer service. Never to this store again. Culprits ... Roshan, Damilola, Stefan. Reported to manager who wasn't helpful
