   I visited Screwfix Mitcham to buy safety boots for my first day at work tomorrow. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One team member went above and beyond — helped me find the right pair, cut my insoles for a perfect fit, and even helped me process my e-gift card. I wish I could mention the name here, but didn’t want to risk spelling it wrong. I felt treated like family, with a warm smile from everyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

   Needed a wrench to open a water filter. Couldn't find the right size given the awkward shape. I bought and tried a wrench at screwfix, Joseph (duty manager) was kind enough to let me try another one before. Turned out I needed a special wrench, but I appreciated the customer service at this branch and the no pressure sales approach. I would not hesitate to come back here again

   Like all the other shops of the chain there is plenty of choice and pretty affordable prices. Staff here is very helpful and friendly, they helped me find the right product and gave me useful information. Quick service and usually not much to wait for the collection. Great parking lot very useful.
