Dear Iceland Customer Service, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a cashier at your Mitcham store (postcode CR4 3AA, store code 0759), managed by Andrew. Today, on 19 October 2025 at around 11:10 a.m., I visited the store to do some shopping and to play the Set For Life lottery game. When I approached the cashier, I politely greeted her by saying βhelloβ and βgood morning,β but she did not respond at all. When I asked about the lottery game and said I wanted to play, she refused to help and instead called another colleague to assist me. Shortly afterward, a Black customer approached the same cashier, and she greeted him warmly with βWelcome sirβ and served him in a friendly and cheerful manner. I found this behaviour to be very unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I believe that all customers should be treated equally, regardless of their background or appearance. I kindly request a professional explanation for why this cashier ignored me and treated the next customer differently. I am filing this complaint because I expect fair and equal treatment from all Iceland staff members. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely,

For fish and chips (chips especially ), peas, beans and carrots, ice cream - Iceland's brand and the Vienetta vanilla ice cream range are good for value ranges amongst the many other offers. Car parking favoured available here too. Wheelchair accessible entrance and good range of products available. 100++ stars for food quality and range. Including service!
