The manager was very welcoming and informative but the technician that worked on my car forgot to put the wheel logo disc back that cover the bolts, and I did not notice till I got home very frustrating.
I went in for a quick 10-point check before a long road trip. The team were fast, clear, and actually checked everything properly instead of rushing through it. They topped up my screenwash and walked me through the results without trying to upsell anything. Simple, straightforward, and solid service. Would definitely use this branch again.
Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my third time returning here and I always receive wonderful service. They are very patient and take their time to explain all the different options. They explain everything clearly and always try to accommodate to your situations. Definitely recommend this place.

Great service with a smile! Gary and the team helped me out when I was starting on a 200 mile journey and realised the lug nuts on one of my wheels were loose. They sorted it out quickly and got me on my way. They also did our MOT and some other work for us this year and they have been really easy to deal with. Fantastic garage and lovely people. Thank you!
What a lovely service, I was welcomed by great staff and the hospitality was amazing! I was informed regularly about the status of my car. Also received a car inspection followed by pictures attached to my email, I only came for tyre change. Will be definitely going back!
I took my car to this garage as I have done for a number of years. Unfortunately I will never use this garage again for a number of reasons. When my car was ready, I went to collect it and was told once there that there were a number of issues that would need to be corrected. I enquired as to why I wasn’t called to discuss whether they should do the work or not, which is usual practice. I booked it in for the work to be done. A few days later, I noticed that the cap for my alloy wheel was missing. It wasn’t put on properly from the garage so it came off at some point whilst I was driving. I complained and was told this wasn’t their fault as when I left, it was on. Eventually after a couple of weeks, I was told that it would be looked into and I would get a replacement. This hasn’t happened. I now have to fork out £30 odd to replace it despite it being the fault of one of the mechanics. I’m highly dissatisfied and will take my car elsewhere moving forward. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Professional courteous staff. Kept updated on what work being done on car and requested permission to do additional work required to pass MOT. Competitive prices too. Will recommend to family and friends.
This place is not what it use to be... Since I got my car I always did the MOT in Haldfords Autocentre in Sumner Rd but this time I was very disapointed.... I have booked the MOT for my car at 10:10am last week online and when I arrived there they said it wasn’t at that time and it was at 12:45.. I have asked them how?? And if anyone change and they said no, they said know one changed and booking was made always at that time... I have checked my emails and showed the booking it meant to be at 10:10am and they said because I booked online I should have ring them days before to check the time... I was like how's that possible because I had always done my MOT there and booked all the time online and that never happened to me.. I had the email confirmation for that time, I paid for it and if they put me for other time they should have informed me... And the end they did the MOT of car and it didn't pass because of a lamp, plus they gave me a big list of minor defects and advisories. Two of the advisories was the nearside and offside rear breaks pipes corroded, covered in grease or other material. How's that possible because no one have touch my car and I never took my car to a garage since I bought it.. so I gave up , I have only changed the lamp of car and took my car to other place to do the MOT. My car passed with no minor defects and with no advisories at all!!!! It's a completly joke. Another advisory they put on it was I have an oil leak but not excessive on my car and the other place that they passed my MOT they said it wasn’t anything in there, so how?? Did the oil leak repaired it self ??
