“Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. As expected afrer I dropped off my car I was given a list of what I needed to have done and what would be nice for me to decide how much I wanted to sign off. Again as expected I was updated by phone on how work was progressing and if there was issues (in my case parts not arriving on time). Great job and great service I will be back.”
