   In May, my car sustained serious damage when the underside of the front struck a bollard on the pavement. As I rely on my vehicle daily, I had to arrange repairs urgently. Despite it being outside his usual working hours, the business owner kindly agreed to take on the repair. What impressed me most was the genuine care he showed for my safety as a customer. He carried out a thorough inspection of the vehicle, clearly motivated not by convenience, but by a sincere sense of responsibility and consideration. In a modern world where it can sometimes feel as though people value things over others, his heartfelt concern for his customer was both refreshing and deeply moving. After taking time to properly assess the condition of my car following the repair, I felt compelled to leave a sincere and thoughtful review. I am truly pleased and proud to have a business like yours in my local area. If more business owners approached their work with the same integrity and care as you do, the world would undoubtedly be a better place.

   Fantastic service from start to finish. They worked on my A-Class and it genuinely feels like a brand-new car to drive.    My first time at Smith's for a service, MoT and some bits and bobs for my 3 series and I can't compliment them enough. As expected afrer I dropped off my car I was given a list of what I needed to have done and what would be nice for me to decide how much I wanted to sign off. Again as expected I was updated by phone on how work was progressing and if there was issues (in my case parts not arriving on time). Great job and great service I will be back.

Liam helpfully broke down all of the issues with my car during the inspection via an itemised list with images along with classifying issues by urgency. Altogether great team, inspection & service.    Smiths have an easy booking service and great prices. I took my car in for wheel alignment, and they even polished out scratches on my car without me asking - so kind and looks good as new! The team are friendly, reliable and professional. I also recently had an MOT here, and again had fantastic service. Pleased to recommend, and will be using them again in future!

   I was a bit apprehensive with a garage having a 5 star rating, after a couple of bad experiences I've had before. After having my car fixed today, I can fully said that 5 star is fully warranted. The owner, Liam is very friendly, polite and trustworthy. My car failed a MOT due to a warning light and they recommended all brakes be fixed. He was able to state what the problem was and provide the solution to it. My car was fixed within 2 days, they renewed the front brakes at a cheaper cost, and said that the rear brakes did not need to be fixed! They also offered to do my MOT free of charge and spread the cost over the year with no extra fees. If you need a reliable garage, I can highly recommend this one!
