   Waited over a week for a quote for a hybrid battery change (which other places were able to give immediately over the phone) - called up twice chasing this. The price quoted was exceptionally more than other places and I was told this was because of a new battery with upgraded features which would improve fuel costs (itself was a marketing scheme as there is no proven research to show this is the case). Then told the car could be scheduled in for later in the week and would possibly need to be in the garage for 2 days for possible repairs? I waited on this place because of the google reviews but felt very disappointed and cheated. I appreciate costs vary based on experience and customer service but given it took over a week and two phone calls to get a simple quote, which then turned out to be at least 1K more than other places - I would think they could at least provide a quicker turn around.

   I took my car to MC Autos on recommendation by a friend as my local garage had been unable to rectify an issue that I had. I wish I'd known about MC Autos sooner as they were incredibly professional in the way they went about fixing my car. They were all extremely friendly and efficient and got the job done where others had failed. They totally deserve 5 stars!

   Trustworthy, Reliable and Professional Garage I have been taking my car to MC Autos since 2015. It is a family run business, who are friendly and helpful and always going the extra mile. They have always been transparent throughout all the years I have been taking our car there and would not consider taking my car anywhere else. Highly Recommended!

   I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved. Over the years, I’ve really struggled to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. I booked my car in for a service last week and dropped it off this morning. During the few hours they had it, I received regular updates, along with video footage clearly explaining the issue. I was genuinely impressed by the transparency and professionalism. The service was excellent, great value for money, and the customer care was second to none. I’m so grateful to have finally found a mechanic I can trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for all future services.

   I had been experiencing an issue with my passenger side window which had started to malfunction for a few months prior. Having bought my vehicle into two different garages (audi approved specialist & a friends garage) both failed to diagnose & rectify the headache. Feeling perplexed & deflated I thankfully then decided to reach out to MC Autos who subsequently investigated the matter, established the problem & resolved the issue. I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Jermaine, Natalie and the rest of the team for their friendliness, resolve, great Customer service & all round delivery for a brilliant customer experience.    I contacted MC Autos to arrange wheel alignment on my Mercedes S204 C63 as my steering wheel wasn't correctly set to the direction of travel. MC Autos advised they could pick my car up and take it in for alignment. I agreed to this and a nice chap from MC Autos arrived on the day to pick up the car on time, with seat / floor protectors ready. He explained to me the alignment procedure and any extras I may need to know. The car was then dropped off in the evening and MC Autos did an amazing job. The steering wheel sits straight and the alignment makes the car feel brand new. Thank you.

   I had booked my MOT in at another ‘well-known’ company. I had nothing but issues and after rescheduling the original appointment they cancelled the morning of! I rang Chloe at MC Autos and she managed to fit me in the same day! The business had a real family- vibe and I felt so at ease and reassured about the service my car would receive. I felt valued as a customer and you can really tell that all members of staff have their hearts at the front of their practise. I am beyond happy and would definitely recommend. I will be returning in the future!

   Took a chance and visited MC Autos based on reviews a few months back. I can confirm that I DO NOT regret it! One hour away but one of the best garages I have been to so far and will continue using them! From exhaust to auto transmissions to engine repairs these guys have given me top quality service and made me feel there is a garage I can trust and more importantly one that knows what they are doing. All members are Friendly, honest, professional and informative giving the best advice/solutions. They even offer a payment scheme if your bill is about to send you to an early grave lol.
