   I took my Mercedes-Benz GLA200 in for a service and MOT and was genuinely impressed. Shahzil was very thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. The garage completed the work efficiently and to a high standard, and the customer service throughout was outstanding. It’s refreshing to deal with a garage that combines speed, quality, and transparency. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

   I would have scored minus 5 but isn't an option My experience with Iautouk Croydon was absolutely awful a complete disaster. Director Shahroze Ahmed Khan was extremely rude throughout my visit, and the level of customer service was the worst I have ever seen from any business. There was no professionalism, staff acted like thugs no respect, and no effort to resolve the issues I raised. Instead, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unhelpful manner that left me completely shocked. For a company dealing with customers and vehicles, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I would strongly seriously advise anyone considering using Iautouk Croydon to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.

   I don’t recommend anyone to go there for DSG gearbox. I have a problem with my car. I took My Car there he said to me I fix your car for one year warranty gearbox or if Megatron two years warranty. after he opened it my car he says to me-this can be fixed. I will buy for you gearbox in eBay for three months warranty I told him you said to me one year warranty which I pay him £2700 after three months and one day my car have exactly the same problem. I go back to him he says I am sorry if I fix your car I have to charge you again. I lost £2700. after I take My Car to Volkswagen Battersea I fix it for £2078 is cheaper than them at much better job. I will never ever go there again (IAutoUK Croydon)

   I called here after being told by Audi I had to wait almost 2 months for an appointment to get an EPC light checked (throttle body needing replacement in an Audi Q3). Iauto gave me an appointment on the same week and my car was fixed in 24hours. Fair price taking into account the part itself is over £500. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place. Many thanks.

   Absolutely brilliant, staff and the technicians here now their stuff and are amazing.. Took my BMW 4 series for a service. The price was better than the local BMW centre and the customer service was so much better than the experience I have had at BMW. I was explained what was needed for my service. The booking was easy and the time suited me. My car was ready at the time agreed. My car is my pride and joy and it was very well looked after. Hassle free service, best service I've had at a garage, I would very highly recommend this if you want a garage to look after your car like you do and give you peace of mind..

3. Infamous DB ★☆☆☆☆

   Absolute dire service. Over charge you for all parts and then charge for investigations they can't even fix. They charged me 350 on top of the investigation charge to do a DPF which cleans the diesel particles and i still had malfunction light on dashboard. They then said I need to pay an additional 700 for a dpf to fix it ?????? I said no way... took my vehicle to the wilsons who are in epsom ...they charged £ 400 to find fix and do the dpf. They changed battery in fob, washed my car on return all within 4 hours. It took iauto 2 days before I got my car back. Absolute joke avoid avoid avoid.

   Absolutely brilliant, staff and technicians here are amazing. Handled 2 warranty issues on my Focus, one to replace a faulty headlight and a glass replacement due to a faulty rear demister. Some of the best service I've had at a garage, very highly recommended.
