   Extremely disappointed with the service. I took my 1984 Mercedes here for mechanical work shortly after having the car professionally resprayed. When the vehicle was returned, the paintwork was damaged with visible scratches, dents, and even glue gun drops on the bodywork. I sent numerous photos of the damage to Kabir (the owner), but received no response and no offer of compensation or accountability whatsoever. Being completely ignored after raising legitimate concerns is unacceptable. On top of this, the final bill was extortionate, especially considering the condition the car was returned in. Very poor customer service, no responsibility taken for damage caused, and massively overpriced. I will not be returning and would not recommend this garage to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

   Had a flat tyre outside my house a few months ago and I drove to the nearest tyre shop which happened to be Sovereign Cars. My tyre was replaced the same day and its been fine since. Quick turnaround and decent price.

   Caused a monumental fault in the car resulting in an accident for the driver on the motorway which could’ve easily led to life threatening injuries or even death. Once we informed the garage they expressed no sympathy or even offered to check what was wrong or provide compensation.

   MOT Made a prior appointment for MOT today, a Saturday. Arrived at supposedly opening time. Waited 35 mins but the garage never opened!

   Nissan micra starter replacement.Not good communication by workers. They quoted but did the job without my confirmation and charged me. Bill was also unclear. I had much cheaper deal with some other garage, but was told that the job is already done and I need to pay £400 Then he went down to £380. I am a new driver and not mechanic, so can’t say anything about what he replaced and how. I do regret using their service though and not recommend anyone to deal with them or at least proper communication is required before making any decision. Will never be back!!!

   Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. All work done on my car with great precision and care, on top of that it took Mr Kabir 15 minutes to fix the air condition i was shocked and couldn’t thank him enough knowing that my car was in a good hands of highly skilled professional Thank you so much Mr Kabir job worth 10 stars

   Patience and respect is definitely a virtue here - a repair that was quoted £2,500.00 elsewhere (from both dealers and independent garages for quotes and this was the cheapest) was solved for less than £500. I thank you for your help and will not be going elsewhere with my families cars. Saw other impatient people trying their luck, and would advise them you get what you give - being rude gets you nowhere.

   A completely incompetent garage who lack basic organisational, communication and competency skills not to mention causing more harm then good to your car. I have had lots of experience with them but will never use them again. I would advise against using them for any work, particularly bigger jobs! - There are plenty of garages that can do a decent job within agreed time frames and to a good standard WITHOUT any repercussions (physical damage or other car problems). This garage is definitely NOT one of them! You have been warned!
