   Took my BMW 1 Series here just for a check-up, and they told me my car was overheating and needed a new water pump — quoting me over £1000. I got a second opinion from a few other garages, and they all said there’s nothing wrong with my car. It’s clear these guys don’t really know what they’re doing. The owner has two other people working there who seem to be learning on customers’ cars. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

   I had a great experience here for my MOT and service. They were quick to respond to my queries and addressed my concerns straight away. The staff were friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and even show me what they were talking about, which I really appreciated as I don’t know much about cars. The whole process felt easy and stress free and Rus communicated well with me throughout. I’ll definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them!

   I was in need of urgent brakes and discs change on my Land Rover. The garage is very responsive on the phone and managed to book me in on the same day. The lady from the office did update me on the phone with the progress of the repair and suggested some parts and prices to choose from. Really the customer service level and job performed are top notch. Highly recommend and will be using Five Ways Garage or my regular service and MOT.
