   As always an excellent experience at Kwik Fit South Croydon. Manager Michael was extremely helpful. It's always a pleasure to use this garage- they are prompt and efficient and have excellent customer service. Pricing is always transparent and I never feel coerced into additional unnecessary expenses.

   Well run and capable team here. Micheal (seemed to be the team leader) was very knowledgeable, aware of everything, patient and polite. He was the glue pulling all the parts together. Unusual for a Kwikfit branch, very well run and efficient operation. The only issue was a long wait (90 mins) for my car to be looked at which is why 4 and not 5 stars. Recommended.

   The staff were great and very helpful on arrival and departure. However my car after the MOT has issues and im unable to drive it. BMW now have it in the service centre to assess what the issue is. Everything before my MOT was working perfectly! So god knows what happened at Kwik fit!

   Thank you for the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Matt went above and beyond by lending me his personal phone charger and taking care of me during my visit. - greatly appreciated! They replaced all four tires promptly at a very fair price. It was refreshing to not feel overcharged. Thanks again!

   Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. I mentioned my amazing experience to a neighbour who funny enough had the same fantastic experience by the guy Michael. Honestly can’t recommend enough I just hope Kwik fit know how lucky they are to have him working for them!! True gem of a guy !

   My car needed some part replacements during an MOT, and you guys simply told me to go away and fix it by myself in another garage, and then return to revalidate my Mot. This is really incredibly bad service and customer experience. And the only service able to be done, was done wrongly (wheel alignment), I have to return to do it again, and still lopsided.

   Got my MOT done here. Lovely reception with a smile from the girl at the front desk who was attentive and friendly. Shame about the arguments the manager chose to have with a mechanic about annual leave he denied he ever agreed, all in the waiting room in front of myself and another 3 customers. Not very professional. Aside from that, everything else was great.

   Awful experience, manager was wearing flip flops. Went in at 1500 as booked to find out when I got there that they didn't have the puncture repair equipment. Couldn't they have said that earlier as left my phone number????? Went 5 minutes down the road to Mitcham Kwik Fit and they were excellent. Don't use this south Croydon branch on Brighton road.........
