   Absolutely fabulous service. I took my car in for a full service, at first I was quoted a price of £250/70 which I thought was reasonable. The service took a few hours which they told me it would. When I returned it turned out they didn't need the parts they thought they would need. And it only came to £170. I was absolutely gob smacked. I drove the car home everything was running smoothly. The guys in there are super polite and friendly and one of them even offered to help carry my pram and other bits to my car

   I am utterly dismayed by the rude and unprofessional treatment I received at this service center. Not only did my car experience additional problems following the service, but the staff also displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite clearly identifying issues with both the lights and the engine, they callously refused to address them, leaving me stranded with a malfunctioning vehicle. Such blatant negligence is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the integrity of this establishment. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service provided and strongly caution against entrusting your vehicle to their care.

   Rediculous. Had an appointment to drop my car off for MOT and had to wait an hour for them to shuffle cars around side streets. Easily 25-30 cars. Left after I wasted an hour and had to go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely unprofessional!!!
