Worst place to do MOT. They charged me £153 to change a single tire when R & T tyres charge only £50 per tire. They also said my brake has mostly worn out. My total bill was £600. This included a servicing which costs £285 which I never asked for. I took my car to another MOT garage and they said everything was fine, except for the brake being partly worn out, though is not a concern. When I asked to get my car back, they refused and the woman at the reception intimidated me, saying out loud I can’t take my car when I am legally allowed to take my car back. She then tried to scare me into not signing a contract to take my car back, saying I could be fined £1000. Don’t go here, I’ve had a horrible experience.
Absolutely brilliant Customer Service, simply faultless! We had a problem with dropping our car off and Lucy was extremely helpful, friendly and sorted our problem out quickly. The car was picked up on time with no issues. Lucy called with an update and estimated time of when our car would be dropped back, which was spot on. Car was even cleaned so has come back looking new! Extremely pleased, Thank you so much!
First class customer service given by the team in relation to work on the underside of my car caused by an upended drain cover, together with a service. Friendly and helpful at a time when I needed it. The car was returned in a pristine condition. Highly recommended.
