   absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had having my Vito repaired! My local Mercedes garages couldn’t do anything until the New Year. These guys did it in a couple of hours and immediately. Could not have been nicer and explained everything so carefully and in a way that I could understand, without “mansplaining” to a woman! I could not recommend everything about them highly enough.    These guys are the absolute best. Led by Luke on the front office and all the way through into the workshop, this is a business which knows how to put customers first - even the ones with older-models Mercs like me. Really couldn’t fault them at any point, and the value for money is first rate (and pleasantly unexpected) as well. One thing’s 100%, nailed on: I won’t be taking our CLK anywhere else, ever!    This place is honestly better than any Merc Dealer experience I’ve had!! Luke and the team are exceptional. In particular around: - prices: fair wages but high standards - speed: responsive, honest and reliable - quality: above and beyond what you ask for Brought in a car for brakes and V-belt, they did it in 24h and kept me fully updated throughout. No vague information or delayed updates from any other dealer I’ve worked with - they earn the right to be the best Mercedes specialist in London

   Cannot rate them highly enough! Having only owned Audi or BMW before, I was anxious about finding a reliable specialist near me for my first Mercedes. I found MercServices from google and decided to go with them based on their reviews. And safe to say they didn’t disappoint. My newly purchased CLK 350 was recently serviced and was only in need of an oil change and a fix for a squealing and weak parking brake. I also had a lot of general queries about CLKS and Mercedes. I spoke to Luke on the phone and he happily answered all of my questions to great detail. The oil change was carried out well and the parking brake only needed an adjustment. They also cleared out some historic engine diagnostic codes and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. I arrived just 20 minutes before the shop closed to collect my car and mentioned an issue I had with the clock of the car on the dash which could not be adjusted as the old navigation system removed. Luke instantly told me he would give it a go. While it didn’t work out because a CD was needed to do this and the shop was about to close, I highly rate their helpful and professional attitude. To summarise, In all my interactions with them, they were extremely professional, transparent and helpful. It’s clear that they know Mercedes cars inside out and their premises are also top notch. If you really look after your cars like me and have a Mercedes, look no further than MercServices.

   I have been taking my car to Mercservices for the last 5 years and as long as I own a Merc I won’t need to look anywhere else. I have had a range of repairs from the simple such as water pump and fan belt replacement to more complex issues such as work on the air suspension and gear box. The team give a clear diagnosis of what needs to be done to the vehicle, what they would advise and then leave it entirely up to the customer as to what route they would like to take. There is no pressure or encouragement to carry out additional repairs that were too costly for me at the time and the work they have carried out has been excellent.

   Don’t bother. I called weeks ago to book an appointment and explained that my cars air con wasn’t working. I have had it diagnosed and knew it was not out of gas but needed the dashboard removing to check the electrics of the air con itself. It was confirmed to me over the phone that this was possible. Fast forward to today and I’ve just made a 2 hour round trip for absolutely no reason. Within a minute of parking, one employee unhelpfully told me they’re not able to deal with the type of air con gas my car takes, despite it not being an issue with the gas itself as I previously explained. The worst part is they could have asked me to check this myself at home as it’s easily retrievable information under the bonnet. My car is a 2017 Mercedes - neither new nor old - and the business claims to be a Mercedes specialist… clearly they’re not. Don’t bother trying to reply to this with an empty faux apology. What a completely useless business.

   I had a recommendation to try this garage for a repair to my 15 year old car. I dealt with William who was very friendly and personable as well as helpful. He inspected the vehicle with me and he popped in to chat to his colleague and then gave some advice about likely repair approach. I got a call from him later to say that a part needed was no longer available but that they'd likely be able to source one. One working day later I got a call to say it was all done. Reasonable price and very pleasant service manner. Oct 2022. Recommended.

   Super pleased with support and service from William and David at Mercservices. Whilst a routine B service and MOT for my 2016 E350 estate, the process was very easy from start to finish and great value. I appreciated the advice around perhaps unnecessary work and their depth of Merc knowledge. All completed same day and great to have the car cleaned and and tyre pressures checked etc which doesn't always happen elsewhere. I will be back. Thank you!

   After ringing around multiple places and reading many Google reviews Mercservices came out on top. And I'm really pleased with the quality of service I received. I was able to take my car to them straight away and get my pads and discs changed whilst I wait. A very polite team kept me informed throughout the wait and I was able to drive off happily parting with some money for a quality job done. I do want to note that the price charged was within a few pounds of both Halfords & Kwikfit, both of which have horror story reviews, so do not think that an independent is going to be more expensive for "regular" work. PS was also nice to see genuine parts turn up!
