   Fantastic. Car battery had been dying repeatedly and wasn’t sure what the cause was. KWS ran all the tests on battery, alternator etc and had the car fixed and running quickly. Car has been running great ever since. I had previously been to a Halfords for one of their free “battery tests” which said the battery was fine (it wasn’t, as KWS found) - their solution was “use the electrical parts in the car less”. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to the pros.

   Keith and Steve did a fantastic job with diagnostics on my Mercedes. Were able to find the problem, which other mobile mechanics had abjectly failed to find. Fixed issue, then did service and got the vehicle MOT’d. These guys are genuine professional, trustworthy mechanics and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   While Keith is very busy and it may be difficult to get a hold of him sometimes but only no doubt due to how popular he is - his knowledge is exceptional. There's one thing customers who are used to the car industry value above all else: honesty. Keith shows humility and honesty where he can and applies his knowledge to provide the best advice he can given the situation. The second thing customers value is reasonably priced and not out to clean your bank account. Keith's workshop exceeds at both of these which is no doubt why he has been a Which? trusted garage for 9 years. Keith correctly identified the problem as to why my car was causing all sorts of problems from: not starting on cold winter days even though the battery was a new one, car alarm going off randomly, diesel particulate filter warning light, various other warning lights, parking sensors not working, why some lights don't work to name just a few. He identified the previous garage fitter fitted the wrong battery to my car, causing me all these electrical problems. Thank you so much for fixing all my problems in one visit.

   I have been so impressed with this garage. I needed a new water pump and my usual garage couldn't do it. KWS gave me a great price, professional service, kept me informed throughout and were friendly and explained everything that was going on. Picked up the car today, and wanted to say a big thank you.    I have used Keith's Workshop for around 6 -7 years now. As a woman who knows little about cars I need a garage I can trust. Keith has always gone over and above requirements, and on one occasion actually made me a part for my car to save money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, what he doesn't know about cars isn't worth a mention. He and Steve are the best!
