   I thought I’d booked my car into HiQ in West End but when I turned up they had no record of it and my MOT was running out the next day. But Nicky on reception took care of things and managed to fit my full service in at WestEnd and then my MOT in at the hedge end branch. I have used this garage for a couple of years now and have been happy with the work they have completed and their customer service. I trust them and I will continue to use them and I’m very happy to recommend them to others.

   Terrible service. This garage used to be great. We used them for over 4 years. Lately they have gone severely downhill. I paid them over £280 for work on my car that wasn't completed. When I contacted them they asked for more money to complete the work already paid for.We won't be using them again.

   Price of repair was massively hiked up. Had parts replaced which had nothing wrong with them. Had to take the car back because it wasn't safe to drive. We used to use this garage under the old owners, but will definitely not be returning. They were more concerned about finding other things to do on the car rather than doing the proper repairs.
