   I had my son 10th birthday party today at the bristol tenpin and thought the experience was really bad. I had 8 party kids. When I paid for the party I ordered 7 margarita and 1 pepperoni. Today 7 pizzas came out which I thought were the margarita and was waiting for the pepperoni but when checked there was 5 pepperoni and 2 margarita. So went and complained I was told the man what had happened and he said he would sort it. I told him I now just needed 2 margarita as the kids had waited and were just going to deal with the pepperoni. I had to keep chasing up the pizzas. Most of the pizzas where burned on the bottom. I was also informed they were short staff so nobody to do the party dancing. 2 bloke's came over and did a few modelling balloons and then went. So no party hosts. I would definitely not book a party again. I wasn't happy with the service.

   I am not much of a fan of bowling but my nephew loves it so I took him here. He had a great time and because he enjoyed it I enjoyed it as well. The place has six pool tables and a decent arcade area which kept him busy between games. It is an easy fun place to spend a couple of hours and the staff were friendly.

   Bought the 2 games + 1 drink Thursday deal (online only) for £10 per person. Had fun and enjoyed the time there. Played pool after for £2 per game. Would go again, have been multiple times.

   It’s great place to enjoy bowling, pool, karaoke, and other games. We have been there couple times, but we try to not miss out on Tuesday offer with 50% off from bowling, drinks and food. Great fun and good to de stress from daily troubles. We will definitely be back.

   Great fun place to visit for a night out. There is quite a lot on offer here. I like the arcade machines and penny pushers. There is also an escape room, karaoke room and a food/bar area. The bowling alleys are always quiet busy which is a good sign as this is a great asset to the local area.

   Bowling was excellent - although it would be good to have an option to play half a game: 1+1/2 games would have been perfect with the age range of children we had. The set up, food and drinks, atmosphere...all great! The arcade was good: lots of variety, but several of the good games were out of order, which is the reason for 4/5. The staff were very helpful!

   Very nice bowling place, best one I’ve been too. Staff are friendly, clean place and reasonable pricing too. I did wait a little while for a drink as there was only 1 staff member doing drinks so maybe put more staff on during peak times? (I visited on a Saturday evening).

   Couldn’t have asked for lovelier or more helpful staff. I lost my phone in the air hockey machine, and I got a call back the next day from the very helpful manager saying they’d found it, and since we’d lost our bowling session the night before (thinking the phone was gone or had been stolen), they allowed us to have the session we’d booked when we picked up my phone - which was so thoughtful and going beyond what I expected! We really enjoyed the bowling, reasonably priced food and drinks which were standard yummy fried American style, and they have a good selection of arcade games. Would recommend and we’ll be back!

   Nice place to have fun, definitely recommend for families/friends/couples, has a big big bowling area and nice food as well. The bar tenders are pretty average, they don't really have bar training from what I noticed so don't expect them to make good quality cocktails for example. But other than that, great place! I even got a octopus toy from the tickets I won.

   Edit: visit 2 was definitely better than the last. So will be a 4 star. I had a fun experience here while bowling with friends which is why I'm giving the 3 stars. It was expensive and so were the drinks. Not only that, our drinks took FOREVER to come. Crazy how long it took even though they were not busy. Fun place to go to for fun but not even close to a perfect experience.
