Turned up here tonight looking for an off the beat pub that sold Guinness. Walked in, two women sat down, no-one at the bar and they said they were closed. It was 8pm only. No way to run a pub in Bristol city centre. No explanation given either

Patsy is a Bristol legend and this pub is a classic example of what a local should be. The nights that are out on here are an amazing place to dance and meet people. Nice rum selection too. Drink in this pub so that it doesn't have to close!

Love this place, this is real authentic bristol. Try catch it on a monthly reggae night and your in for a good time. Cheap drinks, friendly atmosphere.

Feel good local pub, located in peculiar but enchanting area. And like other receivers say, memorable nostalgic music matching the place perfectly. Place kinda rough but in a weird way romantic.

A quality old skool pub experience. An example of a dying breed of house where everyone is a friend and a local. Sinatra, Elvis and all the reggae / dub frequent the juke where Jamaican guys swig rum and students enjoy pre town pub action. Best landlady in Bris. Love the Beaufort.
