Excellent place, very clean and tidy. The host attentive, shame they don't do breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. No bells and whistle. Clean comfortable beds with decent shower and toilet. Lot's of places to eat and drink within 15 minutes walking distance. Pub on the Green has some fantastic Ales. Number 75 bus takes you straight into center of Bristol / Return from outside the front, every 20 minutes.
Looking for an overnight stay and this place popped up, the owner was such a nice guy and the house and room were outstanding, cleanliness was a 10/10 we'll laid out ensuite room with wardrobe and dresser. Tea and coffee in the room aswell which we've found is lacking in alot of hotels lately. Lots of local amenities and only 15 minutes from the centre of Bristol and bonus free parking. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't available at the time but renovation work was taking place at the property but didn't affect our stay. Highly recommended.
Had a one night stay at The Elm Guest House and it was such a lovely experience. Coffee and tea available and a lovely comfortable bed. Will certainly come back again. Thank you.
