Amazing place with very good hospitality. Home cooked lip smacking breakfast. Cozy, quiet, Ideal for taking a break from regular life. Very scenic around with local restaurants within 12min of drive. Short drive to Castle Combe. Ideal to stay here for a day trip at Bath.

The host was very nice and welcoming. That said, the shower had a tiny wall-mounted demand heater that barely dribbled out hot water, and it took 5 minutes to even get that. The bathroom sink was the tiniest sink I've ever seen outside bathroom on an airplane. The mattresses were extremely low quality. There was nothing positive to recommend the room. It was such a disappointment that my partner and I chose not to spend the night and just take the loss.

Stopover here on way back from Cornwall. Was a most enjoyable stay. Richard was a proper gent and made us feel so welcomed. Fantastic property and had a lovely walk in the garden. Breakfast was magnificent too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Richard was the kindest host, a true English gentleman and carefully prepared our full English breakfast, which was perfect. The cottage is lovely, with a nice view on the countryside and very peaceful. We really enjoyed to stay here along our Cotswold way trip!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Windylands B&B this summer! Everything was perfect-the environment was so peaceful and comfortable, and our room was incredibly clean, making us feel right at home. A huge thank you to the host, Richard, for preparing everything for us and for his wonderfully warm welcome and care. He made us feel like we'd known him forever! The delicious breakfast each morning was also a highlight (truly the best hotel breakfast l've ever had), ensuring we felt completely pampered and at ease.

Excellent B and B, lovely outlook, very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely room and I sat out in the garden late afternoon. Hosts lovely, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was huge, couldn't eat it all! I would certainly recommend Windylands.

Wonderful welcoming host. Lovely room with great view of the fields of sheep. Delicious breakfast. Our only quibble is that the washroom was tiny, but that did nothing to detract from a most enjoyable stay.

The owners are wonderful and friendly and happy to accommodate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful. Would definitely recommend.
