Nice facilities but adults don’t supervise the kids and the staff doesn’t pay attention so some misbehave and ruin the experience. Also my kids got sick after going there…

I’ve been coming to Jump Bristol for a few years now and I really enjoy it! There is something for everyone, up to the age of 10! The team are great with children and the birthday parties are definitely worth it! It’s also clean!! X

What an amazing few hours spent here with our grandsons. There are areas to suit all ages, from tots to teens, Let your children burn off some steam in the soft play, on the bouncy castle, down the slides, rope swings, tunnels etc while you sit and sort of relax. We didn’t eat here, but we will next time. The food looks fantastic, hot meals are freshly cooked, and there is a good selection of hot/cold choices, large servings and very reasonably priced. There is also a selection of cakes, crisps, fruit, ice cream etc. and a large variety of hot & cold drinks available. I also like the fact that they are happy for you to bring in your own drink & snacks. The sitting/dining area is kept clean and tidy by the tirelessly hard working staff, who are literally non stop and yet always smiling. Apart from the noise of children screaming and shouting with laughter & excitement, it was a relaxed time I would definitely recommend it.

For all kids up to 12yrs old, reasonably priced and the cafe is well priced too. 2 3 story climbing areas, separate area for football and inflatable, also has a large area fenced off for the wee ones. Big problem in these places is the heat generated but Jump open up the big door and cover it with a mesh to allow the cool are in, brilliant. All in the kids loved it, even got me down the chute.

Our recent visit to Jump Bristol was an absolute delight, offering a perfect blend of fun, affordability, and variety that left our little one beaming with joy. The preschool section is a vibrant world of imagination with slides, building blocks, and a soft play frame that captivates the younger ones. For the older kids there is a three-story soft play frame featuring four large slides and an array of climbing, crawling, and balancing challenges. It’s a safe and exhilarating adventure that encourages active play. Adding to the fun, the small football court encased in soft frames and the large bouncy castle provide endless entertainment. It’s impressive how the space caters to a diverse range of interests and activities, ensuring that every child finds something they love. Not just for kids, Jump Bristol is nice for parents too. The abundance of seating areas allows for comfortable supervision, and the restaurant is great, offering a variety of food and drink options at amazing prices. It’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable rates. They also offer free lockers with key, as you come into the play area, to store your stuff safely. Our two-hour session flew by in a blink, filled with laughter and excitement, a delightful experience. In summary, Jump Bristol offers a safe, exciting, and budget-friendly environment for family fun. It’s an excellent choice for a day out with kids, will certainly visit again.

Great fun for the children, we have a variety of ages from birth to 14 and they actually all have fun and enjoy going to Jump. There is usually quite an issue with getting a table if you want to sit and have food or drink. Tables tend to be unattended with people leaving their belongings to save the table for when they want to sit which can be frustrating as I am unable to sit and nurse my baby at times. Food however is nice and reasonably priced. Worth noting that you can not take your own food or drink unless it is cake for a party. Would certainly recommend based on the size and activities available for children.

I have been at JUMP many years ago and enjoyed it. Returned today with my younger child and felt very disappointed. The place is smaller than it used to be but apart from that is rather neglected, not very clean and definitely not worth the price as you just have 2 hours play in overcrowded space

A great experience for your children, good sitting area for parents, wonderful and attentive staff dotted around the facility keeping an eye on the children which was nice to see. Unfortunately you do have to pay for adult entry which I don't think is necessary as parents are more than likely to purchase goods from the cafe. A great indoor place for children to enjoy themselves and run out their excess energy.

It’s nice soft play area with very good maintenance and separate sections for each age group. Dedicated toddler section , football section couple of bouncy castles. Lots of sitting space for parents everywhere . Party space with food. Various food and drink options available. Online booking available. Each session is 2 hours. Lots of parking available as well. Overall a good place to visit.
