Definitely would recommend to try at least one time with kids. Online booking is cheaper and adults are allowed to company kids for an extra charge Small cafe shop with few things to eat/drink Restrooms are available too For folks who have tried Airhop , this would be a miniature version of that but primarily only for kids unlike Airhop. But you can have a fun time for sure

This used to be our regular place, it was laid back and a nice place with kind friendly staff we had been coming for 3 years. Then after a time of not coming i was disappointed to find the old staff had gone and instead there was new staff with not very pleasant attitudes making the overall feeling non welcoming, in particular a young blonde lady. This was a few months back now and as i am thinking of returning and giving it another try, i read the reviews and found it wasn't just me. But i will come and hopefully things are fun and welcoming again as my girl loves this place its in a good location and the simple food, pizzas, cheese on toast etc is a great snack for most kids. Good staff who are right for the environment is crucial. Screaming kids and general mayhem is not for everyone but some people love it and that the people we need to see at jungle mania

Visited this place over a week ago. Children love it. The only thing I really don't like is the fact that we adults have to pay for it. I don't see any valid reason . And it's not a small fee. We are not using the softplay. At least include a drink in that price or reduce it. Β£3 /Β£4 it's way too much.

I'd never been inside until our visit. I'd walked past and peeked in and it always looked really small but I couldn't have been anymore wrong! Huge soft play with a nice little cafe, lots of seating area where you can still see your child, lots of different sensory equipment and slides etc. Big ball pit ,and the baby part was really good too! I have honestly never seen my baby thrive so much in 1 soft play! Reasonably priced too. Only thing I didn't really like was that the lady told my son he had made more work for her by getting balls out the ball pit (didn't sound very jokey) even though we'd literally just got there and he only crawled over to them but a very very minor dislike

Depressingly awful. Inexperienced staff. Dank and unlit. Majorly regret coming here and I wouldnβt want anyone else to make the same mistake. Itβs situated in a run down dirty empty shopping centre. Half the shops are closed down and the other half are betting shops. My daughter and I had to aimlessly wonder around as we werenβt allowed to sit inside between sessions. Why is it so dark? Itβs as if they canβt afford light bulbs

Nice compact softplay with lots packed into the space. This can make it feel like you're on top of one another and hard to see what there is to do. Good selection of food and drinks and reasonable entry costs. The under 3s area is lovely and it is great to see chairs, jumparoos etc for the tiny ones. Lots of equipment you don't see at other softplays and really loved the giant exercise balls in the ball pit. Queuing to get beverages etc took a long time. It would be nice to have an app facility or table service. My gripe is that if you leave during your session you are not allowed back in to the venue which created a really difficult ending to our day out. Wacky warehouses are brilliant with my SEN son and if he wants to impulsively go outside and then realises that he didn't actually want to leave they allow him back in free of charge - I've even offered to pay for a new session but they refused to accept it and I didn't need to explain his SEN needs. My son saw the rideable tractor outside and his impulse control ment he wanted to ride it that instant. We asked if he would be allowed back in after riding it and was told no despite explaining that my son has Autism. This meant we had to exit quickly with no chance to prepare him for the transition to the car home which created uncontrollable behaviour that resulted in both my son and I in tears. I do feel that there needs to be some flexibility and considerations, especially when parents have opened up that their child has SEN. Also just seen their attached response to another customer below and find this kind of response horrific. What an awful type of refund policy that tries to silence customers experiences when they aren't happy with a resolution. Edit to respond to owner: Just because it is in a policy it doesn't make it right. It is honest feedback that should be taken onboard - especially when coming from the SEN community which is often under catered for. When we booked, we book for the whole session, therefore there should be booking space available, and despite us being willing to soend another Β£10.50 to reenter, is this right or fair? That someone with a disability needs to pay twice because they lack impulse control? It may be your policy but it doesn't make it fair for families like ours. There is no care or understanding in your response. I would also say in response to you 'not trying to silence anyone' that you are by threatening to ban them. Because you have dealt with an incident it doesn't mean that it has been dealt with to their satisfaction. It also doesn't make their experience less valid. If it was dealt with effectively for them that would be a huge benefit in a review for your customer service skills. I don't know the person below or the situation but it was your response that made me want to comment. Now it appears you are getting friends to leave reviews telling readers to ignore any negative reviews. My experience as a SEN parent will be important to our community as these are issues that we face daily and need to plan for or avoid places that cause us this distress. It isn't personal against a venue but it is to us as our lives are often very challenging without additional stresses. Leaving the house is a big enough challenge for a lot of us. The fact I wasn't able to prepare my son to transition is a big deal. We appreciate venues who have a personal approach, understanding and flexibility. Avon Valley is a big venue that you could seek guidance from if you wanted to learn to be more accepting of SEN families. Of course I understand every company has policies but most companies have flexibility and use their own judgments in situations. In response to the person saying retail/customer service are just an easy target. Your staff were all friendly, I havent seen anything to suggest otherwise. I have 15 years retail/customer experience and would never be rude to any staff trying to do their job.

This is on the ground floor of the Galleries, tucked away in a corner but is big on the inside. I went in the weekday (Wed) at 11am and there were about 8 Famillies there so plenty of space and not at all manic. There is a lot of cool stuff in the soft play area, double slide, twisty slide, big ball pit and trampoline as well as a great tree house thing and assault courses for different abilities plus a babies area. My 3.5 year old soon got the hang of the bits she could do unaided. The menu is cheap enough and plenty of the usual stuff to choose from (see photos) and good fruit platters. I had a coffee and little tea cake and my daughter had a lunch box. The cafe seating area has the usual starkly lit windowless hanger feel of most soft plays and for this they lose a star along with the fact they didn't have little cups for expresso and the drinks offered for the lunch box were nasty pops not fruit juice. The staff were friendly and the music wasn't too grating.
