Kay is quite new, but she is the best! Tim's Spinning classes are SO motivating! And Tyrell's Combat is a killer but so much fun they are worth the hard work! Why don't you do food though? A nice healthy meal after Spinning or Combat would go down a treat.”

“I visited Jane after months of pain in my back and sciatica pain in my leg. I had a slipped disc diagnosed from an MRI scan and nothing else has worked to help ease the pain. I was walking using a walking stick, couldn't stand for longer than a few minutes and in pain 90% of the day.
