   Having just joined on a year membership we have found both sites to be friendly, clean, welcoming and of a good quality. The steam rooms are good, hot tubs clean and warm, both pools are ideal for us to swim daily in, so much so we have cancelled our membership at the life Centre. Next up is using the gym, which again looks very well equipped. Fantastic coffee too! So what more do you need

   Does anyone actually work on reception? I have rung multiple times only to be put on hold for 10, 15 and even 20 minutes and still not get answered. Pretty poor service.

   Great set up, pools are both great, outside one in good weather is like being on holiday. Classes are very good and the instructors I have met are great (Kev Cardio Tennis top chap) it’s always clean and tidy. Gym Area is small for the size of the building, but apart from January never struggled to get on what I want. Kids have been to a few clubs and enjoy them. Very happy member.

   Most staff lovely, a couple of the lifeguards (male) have been very rude to my children and partner. And lifeguards on the phone a lot of the time even though the said lifeguard told my partner he could not receive a phone call from myself to let him know our a sick relative is doing. Also it seams children with disabilities are not welcome but this staff member. Club nice tidy and looked after. Not used the gym as yet as we was with china fleet for years and just moved to the devonshire. I am starting to Regret my decision on changing I should’ve just paid more for the bridge prices, I have reported this to higher up But I’m yet to have received a reply this could also be Because I have a disability And so far as far as I witness They do not like disabled people attending their facilities.

   Fantastic physio centre built into the gym. Can self refer so don’t have to wait on doctor to do so. James is great and very good at getting to the problem and helping. Sorted out my neck/shoulder pain from a bad fall, which with COVID restrictions has meant I have had to live with for 3 yrs. Just over a month of treatment and already have much better mobility. Completely recommend.

   Great place very long standing member. Have lost a gold curb bracelet in the club so if anyone has picked it up please hand in to reception for the safe as has great sentimental value Thankyou xx

   Unfortunately not very impressed, I have been using this club on and off for several years now and whilst I enjoy using it for its various large and fruitful facilities, I now have to say that a number of staff appear to be very rude and obnoxious. For absolutely no reason today I had just finished my swim and noticed some verbal abuse going on much to my dismay, needless to say I was walking through the corridor and a chap who I see there regularly with a beard and tattoos walked past me during the situation and gave me a funny look for no apparent reason, I do pay good money to use these facilities and unfortunately i was not impressed by this episode. I am also not very pleased with a chap who works as a lifeguard, who seems to have a real people problem and lacks customer service skills severely having been rude affecting others around him consistently.

   Lovely gym with friendly staff. Excellent tennis facilities with indoor and outdoor courts, all with different surfaces including carpet and acrylic. Great social sessions and lessons with good coaches and nice people. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Good showers and changing rooms, always clean and tidy. Great new gym equipment with friendly instructors to help. Lovely place with so many different classes and facilities available!
