Absolutely 10 out of 10 service and quality. Not only are all the staff wonderful and experienced. They took extra time and were extra slow to ensure no double up when redoing my high they went above and beyond to ensure they avoided breakage and overlap for me. Just genuinely one of the better salon experiences I’ve had and I travel for work so really impressive!

My wife has been going to this salon, and its previous incarnations, for over 30 years. For many years we lived in Plymouth but for the last 21 years she has travelled the 200 mile round trip from Weston-super-Mare. She loves the place, the girls, the treatment and the service.
Had an appointment with Jayne to restyle my hair. Jayne was thorough to understand what I wanted out of the cut and delivered exactly what I asked for. She reviewed pictures and a video of a style I’d seen online. I also had a lovely hair wash and head massage from Darcy, thank you! I’ve struggled to find a hair dresser in Plymouth since moving here and this was a bit of an off the cuff choice based on walking past the salon and I am super chuffed with my decision. Jayne was also super lovely. I’ve found my Plymouth hairdresser!

I booked a facial & massage with Haley. I have had a lot of massages over the years and would highly recommend Haley. She has a relaxing & professional air about her, certainly knows what she's doing & really took my tension away. Highly recommended
Fantastic! I had my eyelashes dyed and curled for the first time by Rebecca. My curled lashes lasted for 2 months! Great as I didn't need to curl them myself and I looked alive first thing in the morning. Very professional and friendly. Stunning beauty room too.
