   I’m due to get married on October 4th, 4 weeks before my wedding I was informed by Jo that somebody else would be attending to do my make-up due to Jo being too busy even though I had booked Jo and had my trial back in March with Jo. I had not met this new person, nor had a trial with her and she didn’t have a socials account for me to even look at her work. Jo kindly arranged a free of charge make up trial as I had previously paid for her to do my trial but as lovely as the make up artist was, I don’t think her quality was as good, I left the trial with eyebrow powder smudged up my forehead, lashes not glued on properly and thick wonky brown eyeliner and you could see the join between the false lash and my actual eyelashes, it wasn’t professionally blended. Jo did provide a full refund when I explained I wasn’t happy but I’ve now been left disappointed/stressed and now without a makeup artist for my wedding day resulting it now having to do my own makeup.

   Once again a fantastic appointment at Bow beauty! I have gel nails once a month! I always have nail art and the technician is superb! Very innovative and always suggesting new ideas! She’s extremely professional and friendly, as are all the girls! Today I had cartoon nails, which took 11 different colours! So happy with the results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The new salon is inviting and decorated to a high standard!

   Amazing service! Very responsive to messages. Jo made me feel very at ease (I've not had my nails done for a very long time) and I felt pampered and girly for the first time in a long time. Will definitely be coming back. The varnish has even stayed on my nails, and still looks great a week on (I usually manage to chip my nails within 24 hours). Great range of colours and design options by very talented, caring people!

   Jo did the makeup for me and 7 others the morning of my wedding! She came with her sister and a colleague who did our hair and it was an absolute pleasure to have them with us all morning! They are fantastic and really made us all feel so beautiful!! All the bridesmaids said how lovely they were! It was like having 3 extra bridesmaids with us! They fitted in perfectly. Thanks again! I'm so grateful, you really made our morning! Xx

   Jo and a member of her team were responsible for my wedding make up and all I can say is WOW! I had 15 girls that needed make up doing and Jo was on time (despite it being mega early!) and professional as well as making everyone look absolutely stunning! She was so kind and listened to what everyone wanted and needed to feel most comfortable and every one had compliments on how well the make up was done! Thank you so much :)
