Sara Kendall is absolutely superb, great personality and excellent at what she does. Always welcomes you with a smile and has time to listen before she does her treatment. Definitely recommend her.
Brilliant, from the happy welcoming receptionists to the experienced and knowledgeable physio. Particularly liked the app which acted as a reminder for me on how to do my strengthening exercises and also kept a record. Learnt a few thing whilst having treatment and thanks to Nick I’ve recovered from a nasty calf strain.
Professional friendly service dealing with my damaged ankle ligaments. Very thorough investigation, and a clear range of exercises and treatments followed. It was never going to be an overnight fix, but honest assessment that turned out to be correct. Highly recommended.

Catherine Faulconer was my physio and her advice was so practical. The exercises she set me, having checked I could do them properly, have worked and my knee is much stronger. I will continue to work on strength and resistance as advised and most important, I now understand so much more about the need to do so as we age. Thank you!
After having had back pain for a number of years, I decided to visit the Fay Pedler Clinic. I was assessed thoroughly and an MRI scan was suggested which showed a problem with my spine. Alex was absolutely brilliant and worked out a plan to manage the pain with manipulation, massage and exercises. His care has been excellent and the pain has decreased substantially; I am often pain free with no need for painkillers. I cannot praise Alex highly enough, his care, knowledge and expertise are amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Berenice
I was referred here after being knocked down by a car and damaging my arm. I was treated by Catherine who was extremely professional throughout, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise. She listened carefully and spent a good time understanding the issue. What I liked was that she explained what she was finding and how the body worked. This helped me to help myself, especially when doing the exercises she provided. She took time to measure my range of movements before treatment so that we could measure progress. Catherine, and Lottie (who did some really effective work on my shoulder) both made me feel relaxed and I felt a high level of confidence in their ability. This was very different from previous physio experiences I have had elsewhere. I feel real progress has been made.
From the minute you walk through the door of Fay Pedler you are instantly greeted with lovely and awesome people. I have Claire as my physio. She is incredible!!! Claire is not only a fantastic physio but she is such a great listener. Thank you for everything the team does!!! I have had 3 sessions with Ricky so far and he has reduced my back pain considerably. I have sufferer for months and only wish I'd gone to Ricky sooner. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and helpful, the reception area and treatment rooms are always spotlessly clean. Costs are reasonable and getting an appointment is never a problem. All round excellent service.
The clinic has been more then accommodating to my needs after discussion of my issues. I can’t recommend Ricky enough he has been brilliant as well as compassionate each and everytime listening attentively to the issues I’ve had with my neck and my shoulders, and though I have a way to go with my muscular issues they have helped me make great progress.
