   Can’t fault the excellent service received from Lawrence and the team,I rang around making general enquiries and had five separate quotes,Lawrence visited my property and explained the process of replacing my 25 year old boiler and the options of boilers available along with pricing. The other firms contacted were no where near as polite and professional, one company rang me back with a date they would attend to do the work, when I informed them I hadn’t decided who to go with yet he became quite aggressive on the phone for wasting his time!!!! Tailored heat completed the installation a week later , it took the best part of the day but considering the work involved and end result it was well worth it.I now have an extremely efficient state of the art boiler with the added benefit of remote programming via the Hive app, Thankyou Lawrence and team, Highly Recommended.

Fantastic service right from the initial visit to provide a quote, when Lawrence talked through our options and exactly what work would need tobe done. Ryan, who did most of the work, was very diligent and just got on with it all without any fuss. Very professional from start to finish, I can highly recommend this company and will use them again.

   Following a service, I had my old boiler replaced with a Worcester Greenstar on recommendation by Tailored Heat. The quote was very reasonable and all the work was carried out in a professional manner. The two chaps Ryan and Lawrence were excellent. Before commencing work, Ryan laid rubber mats and plastic sheets to protect my hardwood floor. My old boiler was removed, pipe work re-routed and the new one installed all within a matter of hours. The finished installation was incredibly neat, which I was pleased about as a perfectionist myself. Upon completion, Lawrence talked me through my new Hive thermostat system and tidied the area. It was like they were never there. I will continue to have my new boiler serviced by Tailored Heat, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumbing service.

   Brilliant service! We've just had a full pipe and boiler installation from Lawrence, Ryan and Ron. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they didn't take any shortcuts on their work and made sure that everything was installed well to give us a long lasting heating system. Ryan made lots of little details to the piping to make our lives easier - for example, the magnet filter is in the back of the sink cupboard to maintain our kitchen space but it's still reachable for the annual service. Everything was well explained to us and the guys were very tidy and methodical with their work. I expected a house full of dust but I think that the house is cleaner now than before they started! We're very happy that we found Tailored Heating and would have no hesitation in using them again .

   The engineers from Tailored Heat are superb. They worked flat out, professionally, neatly and accurately, to install a new boiler and clean up my heating system, and charged very reasonably for their expertise. They explained everything they did and showed me how to get the best from the new boiler. My house is now the warmest it's been since I moved here nine years ago. Besides their excellent work I can truly say that they were also kind, patient and considerate, and just really nice people. Thank you Lawrence and Ryan.
