Third time of using this extremely reliable, friendly, efficient company and everytime have been the most reasonable cost to boot! They are very kind and have worked overbank holidays atno extra cost when our elderly relatives boiler gave upover christmas. Aron and his team recently completed a full heating and hot water system replacement, consisting of a new combination boiler in a new location and 19 new radiators, plus the installation of a new thermostatic shower. The team have been superb, keeping the house clean and tidy, working closely with us to make sure everything was placed in the correct location. All pipework is excellent, neat and finished to a very high standard, we really couldn't have asked for better. The new radiators Aron sourced are stunning column radiators and really compliment the property beautifully. Very pleased and would highly recommend anyone to use these guys for any gas and plumbing needs.
This is the second time we have used West country gas services and once again we are delighted with the service thy gave us. We had a new low level toilet and a hand basin fitted. They removed the old toilet and high level cistern and disposed of them for us. All the staff were absolutely brilliant and the quote was excellent. Absolutely brilliant experience with Westcountry Gas. The ladies in the office were lovely and super efficient, the guys that came to do the work were knowledgeable, experienced and really kind. I felt supported, they fixed the problem (with some perseverance!) and the pricing seemed reasonable. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone! We’ll be using them as our go-to company going forward.
Good work again from these guys. I needed advice on replacing my old boiler. New Combi installed and old pipework sorted out well within estimated time. Also a Tado control system was fitted and advice on how to use it. All done in a professional and friendly manner.
West Country Gas Services called me to ask if they could arrive to install heating system the following morning I was truly grateful for. The engineers in my private rental property were very considerate using sheets on relevant floors to protect from any damage, all staff were polite, considerate, no vulgar language and no smoking, they worked hard throughout each day with a short lunch break, working conscientiously throughout , they estimated three to four days and work was complete in two and half. Came to check a fault with our boiler this morning. He was punctual, very thorough in his inspection of the boiler, personable and knew what he was talking about. I would recommend using this business, especially if you are like me and know nothing about boilers and are looking for someone trustworthy!
We were delighted with West Country Gas Services. They tackled the major of work of a complete new heating system extremely efficiently and to an excellent standard. They came exactly when they said they would and worked as a team of 5 until the job was done. Scott's leadership and attention to detail was superb. Their price was very reasonable. Nothing less than brilliant! I had selected West Country to install a new boiler and heating system for the new house I had bought in Liskeard and I was not disappointed. Scott and his team were amazing from start to finish. The work they have done is of a fantastic fit and finish, with all copper pipe fitted throughout. Even through the heat of the 3 days they were here, they didn't stop to get the job done, taking away all the waste at the end of the day leaving everything clean and tidy, all with great value for money in mind. I cannot recommend West Country Gas Services enough, I would highly recommend anyone needed a boiler replaced, serviced, or any other heating/plumbing job, give them a call first!
