I've got trade accounts with several suppliers but when it comes to kitchens you'd be hard put to beat Magnet on quality, price and excellent service. Thanks David and Shane.
Not happy with the service and unpleasant staff. Kitchen planner David was helpful but as soon as we didn't want to use a certain tradesman to fit our kitchen we received an abusive phone call accusing us of using that person's account. All we wanted to know was how much it would cost to actually fit it and what the extras would be i.e. removal of waste etc. Hadn't even made a decision but have now!
We have just had our kitchen fitted using Magnet at Transit Way, Plymouth, a superb and professional service from our initial meeting with Dan Costigan to the completion by the fitters Cornwall and Devon interiors just 4 weeks later. Would thoroughly recommend.
Worst company ever. Been left with an unusable, unfinished kitchen for over a month. Still have no idea when it will be completed. Constant excuses and lies. Tell you what you want to hear for and order, get you to pay in full, in advance and then mess you around. Fitters booked in and don't turn up after taking time off work and waiting in all day multiple times AVOID!!!
We went to the transit way magnet. The young man was so helpful, and explained everything so that even an oldie like me got it. I fully recommend that store.
Bad company. They did not deliver the correct kitchen and white goods we ordered and because we had already paid would do nothing about it. Save your money, don't get ripped off and go elsewhere.
