Hi, Do you have another number as I have tried contacting you many times and no one answers. Someone came around a week ago to service my Faber fire, however it needed a part, but no one has been in contact and no one is answering the phone.

Recently had a wonderful hole in the wall fire fitted. This involved knocking out an old fashioned fire place, fitting the fire and restoring the walls to a lovely smooth surface. This was undertaken in a timely and friendly manner. No job was too much trouble. Communication was good throughout and when an item that was originally costed was not needed a reduction in my bill was given, great business practice.
