   Shockingly bad service, overpriced and useless. Used about a year ago and they were much better then but not sure what’s happened. Rude staff too. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of much better building supplier company’s around. If I could give zero stars I would.

   Was once a good company. Do not follow consumer rights laws. Blame their suppliers for issues even though warranty is there responsability. Cost my company money. Management have stopped replying to emails about the issue. Emailed the MD of the company and again no reply. Poor customer service.

   Delivery driver very helpful and friendly, found counter staff not so helpful and the 4 fence panels were mixed instead of all same, 2 had one strip down middle and two had two 2 strips. Wasn't impressed
