Steve arrived on time and was very professional from start to finish. He carried out a full service of my gas boiler, explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Very tidy, knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a trustworthy gas engineer.

I was in the middle of some light refurbishment work at home and needed some urgent work doing as the carpets were scheduled to be installed. Steve was very responsive, extremely thorough, and did a superb job that kept me on schedule. Having dealt with other plumbers, I can confidently say that Steve is now my go-to guy for any future work.
We never write reviews but felt Steve deserved one. His work ethic is good and we were pleased with his ‘attention to detail’. He was very accommodating because through no fault of his, there was a delay at the stockist of one of the items he was going to fit. When the item arrived Steve re scheduled any previous plans he had to come and finish the job. He is friendly, professional and a clean and tidy worker. I called on Steve's services to fit an outside tap which would be T'eed off the cold water feed from our downstairs toilet cistern. A relatively small job but Steve was more than willing to assist with my need. Steve arrived on time and was a very friendly guy when we met in person. He talked me through each step of the process regarding his intentions as the job turned out to be a little more intricate then initially anticipated. This was due to the current fixed position of the existing cold water feed and its closeness of proximity to the toilet soil pipe but Steve did a fantastic and neat job with the new pipework. I'm more than happy with Steve's work and his attention to detail, 1st class. I would totally recommend Steve and wont hesitate to use his services again when our boiler needs an annual service.
We contacted Steve the week of Christmas looking for some advice with regards to our boiler leaking. He was so helpful from the first phone call. It all started with him dropping around some washers but it turned out a lot more was needed to fix the boiler unfortunately. Nevertheless, we now have a new boiler, new radiators resulting in a lovely warm home. Steve is an honest, genuine, trustworthy professional person, who made us feel at ease in our own home. His attention to detail and work ethic is excellent as you can see from the photo. He’s clean and tidy where he works, he tells you a day and time and is there exactly when he says, he made sure we were happy at every stage. He really does go that extra mile. We have known Steve for years. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. We thoroughly recommend & endorse his work. He kept our original 20-year-old boiler running for years until it finally needed replacing, which he did with no mess, no fuss and a clear explanation of his recommended replacement. He replaced an ensuite shower room to an exceptionally high standard; the quality of the work was fantastic it still looks great today. I also had Steve look at our family bathroom, and following his advice, he 'refreshed' it with some new fixtures and fittings, avoiding unnecessary replacement costs.

Steve has done an amazing job fitting a full central heating system to my home, he was prompt, extremely clean, communicated any issues that arose and caused minimal disruption to my home even though we had to have floorboards up! All rubbish used was cleared that day and he had no problems when I added more steps last minute! Also I had to wait for a gas connection so we had the system installed but unable to connect, as soon as I had gas he was out within 48 hours to finish the job! 10/10 I will have Steve out every year to service the system!
