   We've had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth at GALA Swimming Pools Ltd over the past few weeks. I have to say the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s so uncommon to come across someone who not only knows their craft inside out but also treats customers with this level of respect and attention.    Gala pools what can I say 100% would recommend them . Our team and a pool company have been looking after for the last 5 years 2 pools spa plus plunge pool in a very chalenging enviroment and location thats hit by sand storms strong gale force wind s to pine needls and wild life playing its part . In making it very difficult to maintaine them keep on top of chemicles and clear water , it became a battle , a struggle !!!! Then we were introduced to Gala pools this year who have taken over the servicing , they have achieved in a very short time perfection all the stress has gone . for the first time we have trouble free pools. the water test which we send away to be tested are now coming back perfect as close to drinking water you will get in pools . last three months trouble free, which fills us all with total confidence that all the pools can be safely used . Gala have so much experience in these enviroments their knowledge is vast . most of all they are so kind friendly will go above and beyond to keep things spot on and solve any problems with ease . If they set a time to be there they are there never late always turn up, fills us all with total confidence Gala has made all our lives so much easier . from the first time I spoke to them and to a meeting I knew these are the ones there is certain people companies in our lives that we need and can't mange with out for us its Gala . I would say to you if your pondering about gala just do what we did call them get them around for a chat , thankfully we did and have never looked back

   Andy and his team at Gala Pools have been amazingly supportive and helpful. We purchased our new home last year which had an indoor swimming pool, which wasn't on our wish list!! It was very daunting at first worrying about learning how to use the pump/heating equipment and the chemicals. Added to this within a few days the old lining gave way and all the water escaped, which is when we first contacted Gala. Andy organised all the work to be done to fix everything and install a new liner. The quality of the work is excellent and it now looks great. Andy and Ben have helped me to become confident with the machinery and the chemicals to maintain the water quality. I think I would have given up without their kindness and support. We now enjoy daily swims and are so pleased we have the pool.

   Great experience from start to finish. Always clear communication, happy to suggest alternatives which were often cost effective and left us with a pool that looks stunning. Andy, Gareth and their team worked tirelessly on the last day to complete the works - a big thank you to those involved, especially Andy who was always on hand for any questions. Gareth and Andy have been like knights in shining armour getting our pool liner and small repairs completed in such a short space of time before lockdown.
