Have now been using Rich for a number of years to clean the carpets in our family home. Always lovely to deal with, accommodating where possible and very reasonable price wise. Would not use anyone else. Thank you Rich you are a super star
We had our polyamide lounge carpet cleaned by another company and they left it in such a state! It was really wet for atleast two days and had these awful lines in which took literally weeks to vaccum out! We were reluctant to book another carpet cleaning company in but we heard so many good things about Rich Anstey so we booked! Rich's clean was totally night and day! After explaining the process, he got to work immediately. Our carpet was left clean, fresh, no hideous lines and only touch damp! It only took a couple hours for it to be completely dry! Thanks Rich! Rich came today to clean our sofa and carpets. Well..... firstly what a nice guy. Rich was so professional and they look better than we could ever have imagined. Our sofa looks brand new!! Rich did a great job of cleaning my sofas, carpet stairs and rugs! I would definitely recommend him. He was very responsive to my messages and questions that I had before hand. He turned up and got straight on with it but also took the time to explain to me what areas he would be starting with and how it all worked. He even took time out to say hello to my dog so that he was happy with who was in the house too! Rich came to check during the works that I was happy with what he had done. He used a product that made the house smell very nice! At the end he tidied up and wiped away any wet patches from around the rug. He also said how long to leave the sofa and rugs alone for. It was easy to pay as he brings a card machine with him. Very professional and turned up in his van and uniform which made me feel at ease. I was able to continue working from home without any worry and felt safe with him in my house. Will definitely use him again!
Been using Rich since he started up years ago and always been over the moon with his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best of the best cos quite honestly you won’t get better than Rich for quality, prices and professionalism. After having my carpets cleaned previously, the stains had returned almost immediately. Rich was reccomended to me by a family member who used him previously. Firstly, his communication was prompt & clear. He explained the process of what he would be doing & the time scale needed. Upon meeting Rich, he is a very friendly, cheerful & extremely professional guy. I knew from the off he would do a great job. My lounge, stairs & landing were all cleaned to a very high standard in a very quick time & at an amazing price too. They were dry within a few hours too, which is incredible especially with a toddler running about. I'd highly recommend Rich to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned, or any of the services he provides as I have no doubt he would complete them at a high standard too.
