    Simple to book. Gave quote over the phone and kept to it. Turned up on time. Quick efficient service. Happy with final results on 4 carpets with over a decade of soiling. I was going to hire a machine and do it myself but at the price john gave me it wasn't worth the hassle. Excellent service will recomend and use again.

    He was asked to clean selected rooms in our studentaccomodation and he arrived on site. He then claimed that he would only clean every room or would leave site. Why would we want clean carpets steam cleaned? We refused to agree to his blackmail so he left site. He is a total conman and it has been necessary to report him to trading stnadards. Avoid at all costs as he will increase you bill dramatically.
