I used PlymClean for Hall, Stairs, Landing, Back Bedroom and Dining Room carpets. After a quote over the phone Tony arrived on the appointed day and on time, he worked until the job was done and I was very satisfied with the cleaning. However the next morning I was not happy with the Hall and Landing carpets. After phoning Gail at PlymClean she agreed to come and have a look, it was agreed that Tony would come back and re-clean those carpets which he did to my satisfaction. For me 10 out of 10 to PlymClean for customer satisfaction, the problem was fixed with the help of a very charming Gail. I would use PlymClean again and have no hesitation to recommend them.
